Prima Facie

"Prima Facie" — a legal term meaning "at first sight". Tessa Ensler is a young lawyer — brilliant, funny, self-assured: from a poor family in a small town, through law school at Cambridge, to a specialist at the most prestigious firms. She has devoted her life to a system she unconditionally believes in and plays strictly by its rules — until one day her life changes and that same system is called upon by her to deliver justice.
