Prima Facie

„Prima Facie“ is a legal term meaning „on first sight“. Tessa Ensler is a young lawyer — talented, funny, self-assured. Through will and talent she travels a long road: from a poor family in a small town, through her law degree at Cambridge, to a specialist at the most prestigious firms. She has devoted her life to serving a system she believes in without question. She plays only by the rules. Then one moment changes her life, and that very same system is called upon by her to deliver justice. It proves impossible. „The law is something alive. Defined by us.
