About the venue

Toplocentrala is a contemporary arts centre housed in the renovated building of a former heating plant that once supplied heat to the National Palace of Culture (NDK). After a major reconstruction (2020–2021), the building now hosts theatre productions, concerts, dance performances, exhibitions and workshops across several halls and open-air spaces. It sits at the southern edge of South Park, in the Ivan Vazov neighbourhood, near the Garrison Shooting Range complex.

How to get there

The nearest metro station is Evropeyski Sayuz (line M2). Trams 1, 6 and 7 stop at "Bul. P. Slaveykov", buses 72, 76, 102, 204, 304 and 604 stop at "Bul. Cherni Vrah", and trolleybus 7 stops at "Spartak Swimming Complex".
