Cancellation

"Cancellation" (Отмяна) is a futuristic play by Irish playwright Stacey Gregg, directed by Zafir Radzhab, starring Yordan Rasin and Vittoria Nikolova. In a world where technologies for erasing human imperfections and disabilities have become commonplace, a couple — Mark and Violet — return to basics as they eagerly await the natural birth of their first child. But one of them is hiding a secret that threatens to unravel their perfect world. It marks the Bulgarian-stage premiere of the text, and the role of Mark earned actor Yordan Rasin an 'Askeer' award nomination.
