Desislava Deneva — DEDE. Format 16/26

A solo exhibition of painting, drawing and object by Desislava Deneva – DEDE at the Union of Bulgarian Artists, 6 Shipka St., Hall 1C (24.09–10.10.2026). Opening: 24 September, Thursday, 18:00. The space is inhabited by works from the last decade — 'my 2016–2026', as the artist says: reactions and feelings born of the chaos of our times, in which everyday objects and human figures intertwine with abstract forms. Desislava Deneva – DEDE was born in Sofia, graduated from the National Academy of Art (Mural Painting, 1990) and defended her doctoral degree there in 2019; she holds the Grand Prize for Painting (2010) and for Graphics (2012) of the National Allianz Bulgaria Competition.
