Macbeth

"Macbeth" (Makbut) is a hit theatrical parody based on Shakespeare's tragedy "Macbeth," given a Balkan flavor and full of humor and absurd situations. It follows an inept, greedy character who grabs for power and descends into ruthless criminality — an exaggerated caricature that entertains the audience while quietly drawing them into the depth of the story. It is written by Kolyo Karageorgiev.
