The Little White Bunny

The Little White Bunny is a Bulgarian children's musical created especially for the Music Theatre's troupe by composer Rumen Boyadzhiev Jr. and librettist Venelin Metodiev, inspired by the beloved 1946 song of the same name by Leda Mileva and Petar Stupel. The familiar tale of the bunny, the doe, the cricket and his bride is interwoven with the story of how the iconic song was born — the poetess Leda and musician Peyo appear as characters. Directed by Alexander Mutafchiiski; songs are performed live by the theatre's artists with live piano accompaniment. After each performance the audience can meet the beloved actors.
