About the venue
Gallery Contrast is a contemporary Bulgarian art gallery at 49 Tsar Samuil Street in central Sofia, founded in 2015. It shows painting, textile and mixed-media works by Bulgarian artists and works to build a market for contemporary Bulgarian art, including through relationships with collectors. It is open Monday to Saturday, with Sunday visits by appointment.
