About the venue
A national museum of mineralogy and geology, housed in a restored early-20th-century heritage building in South Park, near NDK. Its permanent exhibitions display minerals from Bulgaria and over 100 countries, gemstones, and mineral resources, including one of the world's largest collections of giant crystals. The museum also runs educational programs, temporary exhibitions, and gemstone consultations.
How to get there
The nearest metro station is "Evropeyski Sayuz" (European Union) on line M2. The "Cherni Vrah" stop for buses and trams along Cherni Vrah Blvd is also nearby (about a 9-minute walk).
