Hop Street 2026 – a festival of Bulgarian craft beer in Sofia

The fourth edition of the "Hop Street" (Улица Хмел) festival brings together 20 Bulgarian breweries at the pillars of Sofia's National Palace of Culture (NDK), showcasing both traditional and contemporary beer styles, with visitors able to talk directly with the brewers at their stalls. Beyond beer, the festival features more than 30 artisan producers offering a range of food (burgers, grilled meats, seasonal produce, honey, dairy, wine, vegan options), an arts-and-crafts section (textiles, jewelry, paintings), cause-driven organizations, live jazz performances, and home-brewing demonstrations.
