Political Satirical Cabaret — Focus, Hocus, Preparatus

The political satirical cabaret "Focus, Hocus, Preparatus" from Sofia's Aleko Konstantinov Satirical Theatre is a new production featuring the theatre's familiar characters Grandpa Sasho and Grandma Kalina, who — alongside a prime minister, a journalist and a "national psychologist" — take aim at current social and political issues. The authors promise "painful laughter through tears": sharp satire delivered with genuine affection for the audience.
