Viva Offenbach

The concert is staged as a show about the birth of a theatre, the chaos backstage and the power of imagination. Jacques Offenbach himself guides the audience through nineteenth-century Paris. Arias and ensembles from Orpheus in the Underworld, La belle Hélène, La Vie parisienne, The Tales of Hoffmann and more are performed by soloists, chorus, ballet and orchestra of the National Music Theatre. Written and directed by Alexander Mutafchiyski.
