miniMAXimal is an international exhibition of organic, biodynamic and clean wines, showcasing small independent winemakers from across Europe – Italy, Spain, Greece, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Austria and Bulgaria. Visitors can taste and buy authentic, artisanal wines directly from the people who make them, discover unique grape varieties rarely found on the regular market, and talk to the producers in person.
