"8 Essays on Identity" is a performance by third-year acting students (Group B) under Prof. Dr. Atanas Atanasov, directed by Martin Kiselev, with set and costumes by Nia Bozova, choreography by Stefania Georgieva, and live music from the band "Alive and Well." Through personal essays and group storytelling, the young performers explore the questions "Who am I?" and whether our identity is truly our own or just borrowed narratives absorbed from parents, friends, films and social media. The show also questions the nature of love, friendship and family ties — whether falling in love is a genuine feeling or simply a hormonal response dressed up in ideals.
